I began self-isolating early on, but I couldn't even think about moving forward creatively until the start of April.

Five weeks in, it has been my friends and collaborators who've pulled me through this. I reached out to get a 10-second clip of their take on the situation and the result is what you hear.

Right around Ash Wednesday was when the feeling set in--
the unease that things could never return to normal, that events kept shifting the goalposts.

In the midst of feeling as though time is rushing off a cliff, this track is about making time to grieve for a time that can never return.
